In some communities, acts motivated by bigotry have sparked widespread community disruption.

Officials name suspect in deadly Sikh temple shooting

OAK CREEK, Wisc. — Wade Michael Page, an Army veteran who was a “psychological operations specialist,” was identified as the gunman in a deadly Sikh temple shooting, officials said Monday morning.

Wisconsin Shooter Identified as U.S. Army Veteran

OAK CREEK, Wis. — The suspect in the shooting rampage that left six people dead and three wounded at a Sikh temple in Wisconsin on Sunday has been identified as Wade Michael Page, according to a government official.
